If you are looking for a high end point and shoot camera, while not expecting all the features of a DSLR the Nikon P90 will just about fit all your requirements and even more.

You will need to read the manual as there are a number of settings that need to be adjusted to go from outdoors to indoors and still get great photos, but once you get the hang of it, the P90 takes just awesome photos.

The video on it is limited, maybe not quite as good as some of the other point and shoot cameras, but still photos are definitely right up there in quality.
